Pcp says i have "reactive" lymph node on right side of neck for approx. 1 year. now have swollen node in upper right armpit. ob says not related to breast issues. also said had a slightly larger node in right groin area. possible causes?

"Reactive lymph nde": Lymph nodes are "reactive" when enlarged, and can be related to more serious conditions. If your family history is positive for breast disease, a digital mammogram would be indicated. The node in the groin area may be unrelated to those in the neck and armpit, and could relate to a vaginal viral or bacterial infection. Biopsy of the node in the neck or armpit might be necessary.
