Just had a holter monitor. was told it was fine. at the bottom of report it says "patient diary was submitted, symptoms noted, no patient events noted." does that mean the stuff i recorded feeling didn't show on the monitor? thanks!

Maybe: Sounds like the report is saying that the doctor saw the patient's notes but did not see unusual events happening at the times the patient noted symptoms. Of course, the patient always has a follow-up appointment to discuss test results and can confirm what the results mean at that appointment.
