Abnormal Heart Beats: Hi Mohammed, frequent, means that the monitor recorded many heart beats called PACs that occur during or between normal heart beats, but does not indicate how many. The term nonsustained means that there was a fast, abnormal heart beat that was recorded for less than 30 seconds. You should follow up with your heart doctor to see if these abnormal heart beats require treatment. Hope this helps!
