An EKG report "unremarkable for a STEMI (ST elevation myocardial infarction)" is reassuring, however a "right bundle branch block" with a "T wave abnormality" deserves a Holter monitor to observe heart activity over generally a 24 hour period. Get a referral to a cardiologist for a more detailed explanation.

You did not have a heart attack, STEMI stands for ST elevation myocardial infarction. There were non-diagnostic changes on your ecg, right bundle branch block and involving one of the waves. Follow up with a cardiologist will be needed in the outpatient setting.
