Humph: Slightly confused. Deralin is propanalol which is a beta blocker. At that low dose it is usually given for things like stage fright or migraine prophylaxis . It is not marketed by that brand in the us so I am not certain if it is a long acting form or not. It would have a very slight effect on control of beats at that low dose, but if not long acting you would need to take it 2x/day 4 help.
