I have relative that suddenly died at the age of 36 he had cholesterol issues, i suffer from heart palpitations dr says its due to anxiety, does this mean i may be at risk of premature sudden death? i had eck ekg and a holter monitor, they all fine?

ANXIETY: It is understandable that you are anxious because of your relative's sudden death. Since you have been cleared of illness consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM & if needed, a Psychiatrist for medication. Your fears and anxiety could be heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.
