Have flutter feelings in upper chest/throat from time to time. had holter monitor in sept & all good. pcp said not to worry. i still have them & worry. symptoms i logged on the sheet didnt show anything on monitor. what else could the flutter be?

Probably anxiety: The flutter is probably from anxiety but you can see a cardiologist and have it checked out. You will probably benefit from taking propranolol, a type of heart medicine called beta-blocker that helps reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety (palpitations, tremors, sweats, etc). If it is from anxiety, then you should consider therapy and/or SSRI, a type of medicine for anxiety.
