Yes. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.

YES. Discuss with your Dr. Keep a diary and share with you team about when and what is going on before, during and after you episodes. Your body is talking to you. Take good notes and share with your Drs.. You all will figure it out.

It's possible that your symptoms are caused by cardiac arrhythmias, but a Holter monitor is only worn for 24-48 hours & if no symptoms occurred during that time you learn nothing diagnostically unless you have silent heart rhythm disorders. You can have a longterm heart monitor placed however. It's also helpful if you can check your pulse for rate& irregularity &blood pressure during symptoms
