I been checked out by multiple cardiologist and my ecg,ultrasound,stress test and holter monitor came back normal but sometimes when im anxious and feeling weird my blood pressure machine shows irregular heartbeat symbol. pls help?

You should give this history to your cardiologist. Also try using another BP machine to see if yours is malfunctioning.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

I feel a bit confused. My cardiologist had me do 48 hour halter monitor, blood tests stress echocardiogram, resting echo and ECGs. He said my heart was fine. Would this mean it would be very unlikely that I have CAD?
If stress echo,echo,ecg,holter monitor and also bloods are all normal does that rule out the heart as cause of my chest discomfort squeezing. ?
I get fast heart rate all the time not always over 100 but I have had stress echo a ECG a holter monitor and bloods and all was normal so what is causing it as heart is healthy??
