I have acid coming up in my stomach all day long, i take 20mg of omeprazole every morning but i still get the acid back flow, i have a bad taste in my mouth and severe dry mouth. i don't get heartburn or do i have an upset stomach, what could this be?

Acid reflux: Consider testing for h pylori a bacteria associated with GERD- though usually individuals have pain as well, hiatal hernia, food intolerances(gluten, milk) consider EGD-endoscopy. Avoid motrin like products spicy food, fatty foods chocholate,caffeine alcohol smoking, tight clothes . Consider adding famotadine or Carafate and increasing omeprazole to 40. Follow up with gastroenterology
