I had a pap smear november 2018. it was clear. ive missed my period almost 2 months now. had a transvaginal ultrasound show cyst rupture recently, but everything else was fine my doctor said. could cancer grow in a year from last pap smear?

Location: PAP smear checks for cancer in the uterine cervix not the ovary. The cyst rupture involves the ovary. Your doctor who has examined you and seen the ultrasound is in a better position to explain the matter.
