See doc now: Would suggest seeing a doc for 2 reasons. 1 would be to have a clear diagnosis as many colds turn out to be something else, such as flu or pneumonia and 2. Would be for you to secure a school excuse that nobody will give you without being actually seen and examined. It may be the campus office or an urgent care.
