Seek Help: These are complex matters and run the gamut from pretty safe to quite dangerous. Her situation needs careful evaluation by a doctor skilled in diagnosis and treatment of "syncope." likely, a cardiologist (and in particular an electrophysiologist) and a neurologist may be involved. Seizures can follow heart problems or vice versa. There are many other possibilities; an in-person visit is needed.
