Healthtap is an organization with several lines of service. You have posted on the public information site where volunteer docs answer questions about health problems. This site does not offer consults or notes. It does not share info with other sites. The HT Prime or Concierge sites offer such services. Request that the school contact the support desk for details. The note is part of your EHR.
