Behavioral therapy: It would help tremendously for you to learn cognitive behavioral therapy strategies to help you deal with your anxiety that can pop up at any time. You would then be in much better shape when things pop up iunexpectedly.

Noncompliance : If you have a thyroid disorder, nothing is likely to help. If you are depressed and not taking an antidepressant, do your doctors know? They should be notified. I would recommend that you be honest with yourself and your doctors. You should have a doctor at school monitor your meds if you are going to be away from home, and you should get a therapist at school as well. Contact student health serv.
