Provide Motrin: Please provide children’s Motrin and Tylenol and then see a pediatrician to rule out a serious infection. Please provide fluids to keep the baby well hydrated.

To ER: A temperature that does not respond to Calprol after 1.5 hours can be worrying. Call the child's doctor or take him/her to the ER, to find out what is going on.
