Reaction: It may be a type of reaction to something you're exposed to internally or externally or it could be an anxiety reaction. Think about possible triggers. Try taking an antihistamine. Benadryl causes drowsiness and can be taken at bedtime. Claritin is nondrowsy and take it during the day. If it's anxiety, consider stress therapy coaching.
