Our son is almost 16 months old and today has had a fever his current temperature is 38 and we are not sure what to do. we have given him calpol and tried to bath in luke warm water. please help?

Continue current tx: A fever of 38 or 100.4 is not too concerning in a 16 month old. Continue giving acetaminophen, and bathing in lukewarm water. Avoid bundling in blankets or heavy clothes and make sure the baby is getting lots of liquids, especially electrolyte solution such as pedialyte. Call your Dr for rashes over the trunk, difficulty breathing or lethargy.
