For a very long time, one of my nostril has always been blocked, different sides each time. i can breathe normally with one and can't from the other. i have tried sprays to relieve congestion, try to blow my nose. nothing helps? no pain either?

Ent: Would suggest an ENT or ORL exam as anatomic conditions may be discovered, such as polyps or deviated septum for example that will create the premises for your symptoms. Allergies still might be at the root of it, but a good exam will only help in narrowing down the diagnosis.
