I have a metallic taste in my mouth and stomach cramps mostly on the left side of my abdomen. i also have nasal congestion to where both nostril become blocked and i cannot breathe through them?

Metallic taste: Usually means bleeding. When was the last time you had a dental examination? Metallic taste may be due to gum disease. So you will have to see both your General De nits and your General Physician for examinations, medical/dentl history review, medication review, possibly lab tests, possibly imaging.
