A member asked:

I have two sores at the back of my tongue, ears feeling like they are pressurized and have nasal congestion where one nostril is blocked. i have to blow my nose once in a while.i have no body aches or chills. sometimes i have to swallow my mucus.

Tongue sores: The tongue sores could be canker sores which should resolve on their own. Try lozenges. Your other symptoms are consistent with a viral upper respiratory tract infection or head cold. To relieve nasal blockage, gently irrigate your nasal passages with clean, warm salt water or use a nasal decongestant spray. Head colds resolve in several days as a a rule.
