I have extremely bad nasal congestion. my right nasal pathway is blocked most of the times and therefore i can't breath through it. when sleeping, i have to breath through my nose, otherwise i can't breath?

Nasal congestion can be the result of a virus-like COVID 19 or allergies. You should contact a doctor. I can't provide you a recommendation with an examination, but if safe I usually recommend intra nasal steroids to patients with nasal congestion

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms could be due to allergy and blockage of right side could be due to polyps It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
