Dinner is what?...: Everyone has a different idea of what dinner entails, as in how much food, how much liquid, and what type of food or drink. Many people who exercise less than 30-60 minutes after dinner will see that they reflux dinner up from the stomach and also have poorer athletic performance (with or without reflux). That's why most people don't exercise after a meal.
