Pain @ bottom l kneecap when attempt to walk after sitting crosslegged. can't bear weight for first few minutes. what can i do for it. no past injury.

See an Orthopod to -: get Diagnosed and treated. You might have a Meniscal tear or chondral lesion. Sitting crosslegged involves twisting of the knee.
an exam by an Orthopod and a MRI would be enough to reach a dx, and to start treatment.
These would be the commonest causes and I am sure a thorough history, exam and investigations would help to diagnose.
