Why would my apple watch lead 1 ecg show my r wave tall and thin when im lying on my right side. but on my left side its a tiny r wave with a depressed rs wave? why such a huge difference? whats the normal reason for this?

Watch vs an EKG: Have a 12 lead EKG and if it's perfectly normal the problem is due to the watch not detecting lead voltage from the different positioning.
