No, it's not over: It's good that the results you've obtained so far are normal. The symptoms of racing heart rate and low BP at times are not insignificant, but may reflect psychosomatic issues like anxiety. Whatever the new results reflect - follow through on recommendations and inquire into good targeted CBT to learn how the manage this.
