St depression: That degree of ST segment depression, if sagging or flat pattern, is suspicious of coronary artery blockage. The next step is usually a cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography especially if you have risk factors and/or symptoms consistent with coronary artery blockages. As Dr F states your ordering physician or cardiologist can advise you best as they know all your history and facts.
