What would cause st depression on 15 lead ecg on anterior/precordial and lateral leads with sinus tachy of 134. only had negative bloodwork then was sent home. could this be serious why would they not invesitgate?

Would really need to know the reason for the EKG and how many millimeters Of ST depression there were. Also need an explanation for the heart rate of 134 which is high.
