Growth: If you had a normal puberty, you should have had your growth spurt, and after that your bones' growth plate closes off and you will no longer grow. This usually occurs by about age 18 in most males. Although there are occasional exceptions, you are likely finished growing.

UNLIKELY: Growth centers in long bones determine how tall you can grow.Most growth centers will close at 16-19 years in males. After that happens, you are done. If your growth centers are open, a balanced diet/rest ; healthy physical activity will support good growth.Their are no special diet or exercises that make you taller.

Sorry but no: Once your growth plates close it is impossible to grow any more and men's growth plates close in their late teens (occasionally as late as 21) so unfortunately there is nothing you can do other than accept your height. But 173 is well in the normal range, just about 3 cm below average height.
