Aerobic exercise with lots of calorie-dense foods that is balanced. Increase your metabolism with exercise, but don’t overdo it. Eating more in the evening hours will insure that you don’t lose calories, and a carbo-rich shake at night

If you are otherwise healthy. being skinny is not a disease. As you get older, you will gain wait and look back fondly at this time when you could what you wanted and not gain weight. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine.
