Good luck: Most women stop growing taller within 3 years of their first menses or by age 17. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could look for evidence you can grow more, but if it shows bone maturity = age 17 don't expect much if any. Pediasure/special diets/exercise/stretches all offer no special benefit to anyone if they have adult bone maturity & growth centers are closed.
