Help you what ?: At a listed age of 18 with minimal growth in the past year it is likely your growth centers have closed & you are at or near your final height. Once the growth centers there are no meds/diets/exercise/etc. that will add height. A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be assessed for growth centers & if this shows them closed you are at your final height.
