Is intermittent fasting good? i am female and 25 trying to lose weight (bmi 49). i have done if for about a week now and lost 5kg. i eat first meal at 11pm and 2nd (last) meal at 7pm. sometimes a snack in between. i do 16:8 method. is it safe?
