why do i get low blood sugar when dieting? not diabetic, just symptoms low glucose. restricting 2000 cal, less carbs, balanced meals, snacks btwn.

Low blood sugar diet: Symptoms of low blood sugar are not good way to diagnose it. What is your blood sugar when you have the symptoms? If low several times then we can discuss more.
