Too fast: You are trying to lose too much weight in too little a time and it is not good for your health. You know that you need to reduce your intake and increase physical activity/exercise. Start by reducing you intake to half of what you usually eat. Keeping a diary of your intake will help in showing that you eat more than you think you do. Blood group is not relevant.
