Breathing: Many good books/sites exist. All will include certain components like correct breathing. The exhale is the part we often get most wrong. It is really good to completely empty the lungs to remove the "old" stuff and make room for refreshing new oxygen. 1 or 2 deep out-breaths - even a big groan or shout helps - then, up to 10 cycles of 4 secs nasal inhale, 7 hold-in & 8 full, slow pursed lip outs.
