So many choices!: Guided relaxation cds are a great way to start. Yoga and chi gung classes can teach you specific breathing techniques and movements that can relax you. A person trained in emotional freedom technique (eft) can teach you an easy way to decrease feelings of stress pretty quickly. For ongoing stress, a counselor or psychotherapist is best able to help you in the long run.
