I went to the ent and the nurse did took pictures. she commented that i had some extra lymph tissue but that is all. the doctor didnt think it was a big deal. what could it be? what does that mean? could it be of concern?

Missing the picture: Without couple of symptoms and their timing it would be impossible for any doc to comment on comments made by professionals that had an understanding of what to look for. Try to repost including the reasons for why you went to see Ent. It will give you a better chance to get a meaningful recommendation on this site.
