Close follow : Lymph nodes enlarge in reaction to infection or inflammation most commonly. Enlarged lymph nodes are generally > 1.5 cm, so yours is on the small side. You need a detailed history from doctor and exam. A needle aspiration or surgical excisional biopsy can be considered to get more information about it. Nothing to worry about but you should be the-examined in 2-3 months
