I have lymph nodes in my neck for more than month ent doc said they are because chronic infection what's that mean and why he didn't give me any drugs?

Identify infection: He was probably unable to identfy a specific infection. People can have enlarged d lymph nodes for a variety of reasons. Your best approach is to see a regular general physician to be checked out for any type of chronic infection. He did not see a specific process so he could not prescribe a specific medication
