What should i do if i have been experiencing seratonin syndrome for 24 hours, stronger in the first 12 hours, and now again due to a combination of amoxicillin (day 4 of taking dose for inner ear infection) and lexapro 20 mg for panic disorder.

Call your prescriber: Please call the person who prescribed these meds. There is no information I have been able to find that amocillin interacts with lexapro. The idea is to stop the serotonin to get relief, If the addition of the amoxicillin caused the problem I would d/c that and call your prescriber, though it sounds like you are getting better.
