Studied therapies: Experts would regard studies reported to be efficacious in the medical literature as effective for fibromyalgia pain. These would include graded physical exercise, especially aquatherapy, yoga, and medicinal cannabis. The FDA has approved Cymbalta, Lyrica, and Savella (milnacipran) as effective pharmacologics for at least partial pain control in fibromyalgia sufferers.
