Natural therapies: ? by 34 yo "what do others use to reduce FM pain". First line therapies are FDA approved meds. All should be tried in series to find best. Pain is generated by spastic soft tissues (muscle, fascia, tendons, ligaments). Relief gained from aqua therapy, massage, physical therapy, biofeedback, sacroiliac joint belts, soft mattress, & topical & ingested medicinal cannabis.

FM management: No single treatment is completely effective in controlling Fibromyalgia and treatment is largely empirical. Once diagnosed with Fibromyalgia has been made, the management of FM involves four specific strategies: 1. Patient education. 2. Non-pharmacological management (acupuncture). 3) Pharmacological 4. Lifestyle habits change.
