Yes: The first thing i like to do with patients is to educate them about what is known and what is not known about the condition. When people have knowledge they feel more empowered to make decisions about their own health. We focus on things like making sure there is a good quality to sleep, we focus on healthy nutrition and an exercise program. Mind-body techniques, yoga, meds are only so-so.
