High Blood Pressure: High Blood Pressure with headaches and nosebleeds can indicate a problem with your vascular system. Call your Dr and ask to be seen urgently, in person. They can do a thorough exam and physically take your BP and all your vitals to determine the underlying cause and any treatment that may be appropriate.

Stabbing chest pain : Chest pain that is worse with activity such as going upstairs or running is very concerning- requiring an urgent visit. Your headaches and nose bleed tell me you should see a doctor urgently.
