Aim for never: Smoking weed is not a good thing to do. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. Just think about it. Who would intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over?

Possible: At 19 you shouldn’t require a deep cleaning & scaling. Smoking anything causes chemical and physical irritation to your gums. Depending on type of irritant smoking can cause gum swelling or gum recession. Changes tend to be permanent. Dry smoke causes calcium to precipitate out of your saliva and harden the bacteria on your teeth, causing irritating tarter deposits. Smoking weed is not harmless.
