Tongue papillae?: Everybody has a row of 7-9 prominent bumps in a row across the back of the tongue, called circumvallate papillae. Google for photos -- most likely that explains the red bumps. Not so sure about the "white lines", but you could try googling lichen planus to see if it matches what you are seeing. In any case, this doesn't sound at all serious.
