How do you feel?: If you feel fine and what you report are incidental findings, everything is probably normal or at least within normal boundaries. The pink bumps are papillae, most likely circumvallate papillae- Google it) and have slight redness on the back of your throat might indicate irritation, allergies, etc. and nothing to be overly concerned about. However, if you're not feeling well, see your physician.
