I get a really itchy rash consisting of lots of small bumps on the roof of my mouth and towards my throat.most itchy when they appear.ideas of causes?

Itchy palate: It could be allergies. Have you been treated for or diagnosed with seasonal allergies or an allergic reaction to certain meds. Gilberts syndrome does show the potential for itching w/o rash. I woulod consult your physician to determine if any further testing is necessary if it is something that happens frequently.
