What is the best time to take losartan 25 mg and coreg 3.125 only one time,,kidney disease gfr 57 well controlled diabetic no hbp but mild tachycardia?

Bp pressure meds : Coreg is supposed to be taken every 12 hrs, taking it once a day can be a set up for tachycardia. Losartan is sometimes taken at night by some patients to deal with the initial dizziness. But it can be taken any time a day as long as it is taken at the same time every day. Your tachycardia and medications should be discussed with your doctor.
